The Lady Pirates Basketball Team finished up their summer campaign with a very successful trip to Branson. The gals played hard and had a ton of fun on the 4-day trip. This shootout saw the girls go 7-2. The team beat Kingston and Harding Academy (out of Arkansas) as well as Excelsior Springs, Richmond, Crocker Varsity, Crocker JV and Galena from Missouri. The Lady Pirates only losses were to last year's 3rd place team, Leeton and a really good North Shelby team. The ladies finished their summer campaign at 26-10 with only 10 games played against 1A schools. Well done Lady Pirates - we are looking forward to the regular Basketball season this year!
