The FFA Motto reads "Learning to Do, Doing to Learn, Earning to Live, Living to Serve." Yesterday in Indy our members lived out the last line of our motto. We served the Indianapolis community by participating in the FFA National Days of Service.
Our chapter worked at Fay Biccard Glick Neighborhood Center (a local community service organization) and helped with landscaping needs and setting up their haunted house. After serving the Indianapolis community our chapter enjoyed the expo center where we later participated in even more service! Our chapter helped Dale Brisby clean up his booth at convention. Today’s adventures were full of heartwarming interactions and lots of fun. We truly love embodying our motto!
Our Chapter had a busy week at the convention. To learn about previous days' activities please click here. Be sure and check out our Live Feed for additional posts about their trip.
Here are photos from the day of service:
What a busy week of learning and serving! Our Chapter will make their way home today - safe travels!
