Back to School Fair

On Friday, August 2nd from 11 AM - 6 PM, the Camden County Child Advocacy Council is hosting their Annual Back to School Fair in the Camdenton High School Commons area. This event is for grades Pre-K through 12th grade students to assist with basic school supplies and socks and underwear.  This service is available to students in Camden County School Districts (Camdenton, Climax Springs, Macks Creek and Stoutland schools) and for students who are home schooled.  Parents and students may also visit the exhibits of other community stakeholders to learn about their services, to obtain additional school supplies and to learn about the resources that are provided for students in Camden County.

The council asks STUDENTS ATTEND WITH A PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO REGISTER AND RECEIVE SERVICES AND VOUCHERS.  However, parents or guardians are welcome to drop by and pick up supplies, without students.  PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION DURING THIS EVENT.

-THIS IS A ONE-DAY EVENT-

For more information, call (573)346-0003 or (573)480-6056 and leave a message with a return telephone number.

Macks Creek School is grateful to the Camden County Child Advocacy Council for putting this event together each year! We are also grateful to the Trover Foundation, the Community Foundation of the Lake, Daybreak Rotary, and Walmart for their sponsorship!
